Finally,
We have received our CDC variation and draft end panel today!!
After going through it with a fine toothed comb, we have had to make a few minor changes which weren't correct. This doesn't bother me too much as I have to admit that admin usually do take a while but this time it was pretty quick.
Now we are finally on the home stretch with building our new home!
Still waiting on our Construction plans and the Final End Panel to move forward and start on site which we can apparently expect by the end of next week. This gives the builder 8 days to live up to their word!
It is going to be a little bit difficult to keep on top of them as my husband and I will be overseas for the whole month of November. However hard it may be to keep on top of them, I will still have access to my emails and will probably still harass them cause lets be honest here, I want my slab poured by Christmas!
This blog is to tell the story of our build. No comments or opinions are meant to offend or be malign. This blog is purely to document our experiences of the journey of our house build. We will not be held accountable for anyone else's comments about a mentioned builder. If builder name is mentioned and offence is taken, please contact us ASAP for us to edit or remove said comment or post from blog before taking further action.

The Journey of our House Build
So, my husband and I are currently almost nearing the end stages of admin with W homes our house is 29s and also there is an attached granny flat.
FINALLY after months and months of waiting and lengthy admin procedures, our customer service rep told us to expect our draft end panel and construction plans next week!
Basically, I am hoping that the slab will be poured before Christmas and my husband can start the party wall (he's a bricky) and complete before frame work goes on (probably next year).
You can imagine my excitement as we all know how bloody long it can take during the admin stages.
These are the dates I have so far which we have completed and forecast.
